Getting this company up and running is my most successful accomplishment. It’s also my biggest challenge. I think I’m probably the only broker in Iowa who is as virtual as we are. We’re off to a great start. But the challenge is convincing people that this is the future. They don’t need brick and mortar. They don’t need an office. In this day and age, out of a 24-hour day, I’d say an agent with a private office spends maybe an hour a day in the office. I’m trying to get agents to embrace the future, not how they’ve done things in the past. It’s not for everybody. Our market is unusual in the amount of private offices agents have. Brokers in our marketplace have huge investments in brick and mortar.
