I’ve always been somewhat fanatical about each of our sales executives having a very concise and specific business plan, and then it’s up to them whether they want to follow it. Everybody is different, so everybody’s business plan is different. Six or seven yours ago, all of our top sales executives were in REO. You’d better not be in that market any more. We have some big teams that work for us that are going to sell 500 to 1,000 homes this year. Every sales executive has different aspirations, and wants different things out of their experience, but you need to have a business plan.
