We focus a lot on visiting with recent graduates about what their situation is with student loans, and putting them on a schedule to become home buyers. We start that process for most of our clients long before that first transaction. There’s no charge. We structure our services sort of like a physician would. We’ll do homebuyer rap sessions where we might target a certain demographic group, say people with credit problems. We’ll bring in a credit specialist. There’s no charge for that service. We only charge for the transaction, but we offer service that starts long before that.
