The thing that I’m most proud of is that we have been able to maintain our positive culture in light of all the changes that are taking place in the industry. Culture is something that is talked about a lot, but it’s hard to really say why we have a good culture. I’ve stayed in very close contact with my top producers. I coach them on a monthly basis. I stay engaged with them and knowledgeable about their business. I also stay in touch with our newer agents. I do a training program we call Earlybirds. It’s Mondays at 8 a.m. That keeps me in front of agents, sharing ideas, sharing best practices.
