The most successful thing we’re doing right now is continuing to run the company as a consumer-centric company. We’re not talking about customer service. Everybody says their customer service is No. 1. We’re talking about being centered around the consumer. That has a long list of things around it — training, data, consumer paperwork. We really founded the company in 2011 on the premise of being consumer-centric. Now it’s the big buzzword. Zillow beat us by being consumer-centric. What if the consumer doesn’t care about your picture of you and your dog? What if the consumer doesn’t care about your CRM being easier for you than for them? The consumer is in control of the transaction.
