Stay in touch with people. We communicate with people who already know us, like us, and trust us. Face to face is good. Voice to voice is good. We have a newsletter campaign, and we have an email campaign. In this business, presence of mind is very important. You have to remind people you’re still alive. I’m a big fan of the book Ninja Selling by Larry Kendall. He talks about being in “flow” with your customers. The average person knows 10.2 Realtors. I don’t know who that 0.2 of a Realtor is, but the person they’re going to choose to work with them is someone they’re in touch with, someone they’re in flow with.
